In May of 1999 I and three others found Fairmont Enterprises as a part time investment group. With a background in information technology we started to take on part time IT projects in Jan 2001. By July 2002 Fairmont Enterprises grew to a full time business with a small staff. In Oct of 2004 Fairmont Enterprises and software licensing was acquired and relocated away from Birmingham and I re-entered the corporate world. In May of 2007 after begin downsized out of the corporate world, I start to toy with the idea of becoming an entrepreneur once again. By Aug 2007 I started the process of re-acquiring the Fairmont name, some of the software licensing and relocated the company back to Birmingham, Alabama.

Just as before it took a while to build our clients back. However, this time I decided to change how our company would operate, for years we focus on being the best service based company in Birmingham. While we will strive to maintain our service attitude we started to explore strategic partnerships to add cutting edge technology products based company in addition to our services. In Jan of 2009 Fairmont Enterprises was restructured into to Fairmont Holdings with a subsider Fairmont Technology, LLC dba: Fairmont Technology Solutions. In March 2009 Fairmont Technology Solutions became Authorized Anoto resellers allowing us to sell both the Anoto penPresenter and the Anoto penDocuments.

In Jan 2009 we spun one of our software products designed for the public education market into a new company, Educator Technologies, LLC.

As we stand today we are about to embark into a new and exciting adventure with the company. Through our partnerships develop through our parent company Fairmont Holdings and with some of our clients we we have developed several new cutting edge software solutions. We are in the final stages of completing some of those products. By the end of Aug 1010 we will be announcing 3 new software solutions and an additional Anoto technology product. We hope to develop these products in a way that allow us to spin off these products into businesses under the Fairmont Holdings umbrallia over the next couple of years.

To our existing customers and to our new customers do not worry we are still providing our same services and will continue to for the foreseen future.
